WQ Series Sewage Submersible Cutter Pump

WQ/QW submersible sewage pump is successfully developed on the basis of digesting and absorbing the advanced technology of similar foreign products. It has the advantages of high efficiency, anti-winding, no clogging, automatic coupling, high reliability and automatic control.
It has unique functions in discharging solid particles and long-fiber garbage. The discharge diameter of this series of pumps is 50∽600mm, the flow rate is 10~7000m3/h, the head is 5∽60m, the power is 1.5~315KW, and the diameter of the solid particles is 20~145mm.

QW/WQ series submersible sewage pump is mainly used for municipal works, industrial buildings, hotels, hospitals, civil air defence, mines etc. Trades to drain off the sewage, waste water, rainwater and living water in cities containing solid grains and various long fabrics.


QW/WQ pump has common type, auto-mixing type, auto-shredding type, auto-mixing chopped and anti-flushing type five kinds of models.

The WQ submersible sewage pump has a compact structure and is equipped with various status displays and protection devices to ensure safe and reliable operation of the pump.
1. The unique cable sealing design eliminates the hidden danger of cable leakage.
2. The stator adopts F-class insulation and is equipped with thermal protection elements.
3. Pumps above 18.5KW use external circulating water for automatic cooling to ensure that the electric pump operates safely at the lowest water level.
4. A float switch is installed at the bottom of the motor cavity to monitor the mechanical seal on the motor side.
5. An oil-water probe is installed at the upper end of the oil chamber of the pump and the motor to monitor the mechanical seal on the water pump side. Once there is a leak, the control system will alarm for protection.
6. The bellows-type double-end mechanical seal, the sealing material is tungsten carbide, silicon carbide and hard alloy, to prevent water from entering the motor and ensure the safe and reliable operation of the motor.
7. The auxiliary impeller is used to balance the external pressure of the mechanical seal to prevent water from entering the oil chamber, thereby extending the service life of the electric pump.
8. The impeller has a unique design, and the large flow channel can pass long fibers and dirt, and has strong anti-blocking, anti-entanglement and overcurrent capabilities. 9. A replaceable wear-resistant sleeve is installed between the impeller and the lower end of the volute to keep the pump running at optimal efficiency.
