ZGB(P) slurry pump
ZGB(P) slurry pump is a double pump casing structure with the characteristics of high head, high efficiency, good wear resistance, stable performance, and good cavitation performance.
The lining and impeller are made of wear-resistant metal. The pump outlet direction can be installed and used at eight different angles at 45° intervals.
The pump and the driver can choose direct drive, hydraulic coupling drive, reducer drive, or cut the impeller to meet different performance conditions.
The shaft seal can be a packing + auxiliary impeller combination seal or a mechanical seal.
The bearing is lubricated with thin oil, and two water cooling systems are provided for bearing cooling. The rotation direction of the pump is clockwise from the drive end, and can be connected in multiple stages in series.
Parameter range:
Pump outlet diameter: 65~300 (mm); flow range 60~1800 m3/h; head range 50~120m.
Features and uses
In order to meet the development needs of the power, metallurgy, coal and other industries, and based on the characteristics of ash and slag removal and slurry transportation conditions, our factory has developed a new generation of ZGB (P) series slurry pumps with large flow, high head and multi-stage series connection based on decades of experience in slurry pump design and manufacturing and extensive absorption of domestic and foreign technologies and research results. The main technical features of this series of products are as follows:
1.Adopting modern CAD design method, excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency and low wear rate; wide flow channel, good anti-clogging performance and good cavitation performance;
2.Adopting auxiliary impeller plus packing combined seal and mechanical seal to ensure no leakage of slurry;
3.eliability design ensures that the mean trouble-free working time (MTBF) of the whole machine is greatly improved;
4.Adopting thin oil lubrication metric bearings, reasonably setting lubrication and cooling systems to ensure that the bearings operate at low temperature;
5.The flow-through parts are made of special materials with good wear resistance and corrosion resistance;
6.After special treatment, it is used for seawater ash removal and seawater and salt spray electrochemical corrosion conditions;
7.It can be used in multiple stages in series within the allowable pressure range, and its maximum allowable working pressure is 3.6MPa.
This series of slurry pump products have the advantages of reasonable structure, high efficiency, reliable operation and easy maintenance. They are widely used in industrial sectors such as electricity, metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials, and chemicals to transport abrasive or corrosive slurry, especially power plant ash.
