SG(H) gravel pump
SG(H) gravel pump is a single-stage, single-suction, cantilever, horizontal structure.
The pump body, pump cover and joint plate are connected by a clamp belt. Grease lubrication is used for lubrication. It is mainly used for conveying highly abrasive materials whose particles are too large to be conveyed by general slurry pumps.
The pump and the driver can choose direct drive, V-belt drive, hydraulic coupling drive, and reducer drive.
The discharge direction of the pump can be at any position of 360°, with the advantages of easy installation, good cavitation resistance, and anti-abrasion.
The inlet of each type of pump is horizontal. From the transmission direction, the pump rotates clockwise, and can also rotate counterclockwise as needed.
It is widely used in coal, electricity, transportation, river dredging, municipal engineering and other fields. This type of pump is suitable for conveying gravel, mud and slurry with large solid particles, and is also used for river sand mining and mining ships.

Features
SG (or SGH) series gravel pumps are mainly used for continuous conveying of highly abrasive materials that are too large for ordinary slurry pumps to convey. They are suitable for dredging by dredgers, dredging of rivers, conveying of mining and metal smelting slag, etc. The GH type is a high-lift gravel pump.
The pump adopts a single pump casing structure connected by a cassette, and the flow passage is wide. Its flow components are made of wear-resistant materials such as hard nickel and high chromium. The discharge direction of the pump can be at any position of 360°, and it has the advantages of easy installation and use, good cavitation performance, and anti-abrasion.
