Core Technology Introduction:

1. Air Suspension Bearing:
Air suspension bearings use air buoyancy instead of lubricating oil, and use the surrounding air instead of lubricating oil, so they can operate at higher temperatures and high speeds. The advantages of air suspension bearings are flexible start-up and low-cost operation, no mechanical friction, no lubricating oil, no vibration, low noise, and long life.
When the blower starts, the bearing is in contact with the shaft, and when it reaches the take-off speed, the bearing and the shaft are non-contact, frictionless, and the rotor is in a suspended state.

 

2. Three-dimensional flow impeller:
Adopting ternary flow theory design and parameter optimization, the impeller has high efficiency and a wide working area. The impeller material is made of high-strength forged aluminum or titanium alloy, which has strong deformation resistance, and is not only lightweight but also consumes very little power.
The impeller is precisely processed by a five-axis CNC machining center. The precision-manufactured impeller has the characteristics of high strength, high aerodynamic efficiency, and low wear. All impellers have undergone anti-corrosion treatment.
Each type of impeller we designed has undergone long-term bench tests to ensure its aerodynamic performance is efficient and reliable. The variable efficiency of the impeller can reach 85%, and it has passed the 115% overspeed test.
The frequency conversion adjustment method is adopted, the adjustment of the guide vane is canceled, the starting current is smaller, the adjustable range of the blower is wider, and the power transmission efficiency of the direct connection between the impeller and the shaft is 100%.

3. High speed permanent magnet motor:
Using advanced motor air-cooling technology, the motor efficiency can reach 97%. Frequency conversion speed regulation, high efficiency and energy saving, simple overall structure, high power density, large amplitude modulation range, strong overload capacity and high reliability.
