Concrete grouting machine series

The concrete grouting machine is a device for concrete spraying construction. It is also known as a concrete jet or concrete jet pump. It is widely used in concrete protection, repair and waterproof treatment in construction, tunnels, subways, bridges and other projects. It is usually composed of a spray gun, conveying system and a stirring system. The spray gun is responsible for spraying concrete to the surface where it needs to be treated. The conveyor system includes a conveyor tube and pressure pump to transport the concrete from the mixing system to the spray gun. The mixing system consists of a concrete mixer and a water -added device for mixing and adjusting the properties of concrete slurry.
The working process of concrete sprayer is usually as follows:
1. Preparation: Prepare the raw materials of concrete and ensure the normal working status of the conveying system and spray gun.
2. Stiring concrete: Put the concrete raw materials into the mixer, add an appropriate amount of water for stirring to make it a suitable slurry shape.
3. Start spraying: By start the pressure pump, the concrete slurry is transported from the mixer to the spray gun. The spray gun spray the concrete to the surface where it needs to be treated through high pressure, forming a uniform concrete spray coating.
4. The spraying process can be adjusted as needed, such as adjusting the thickness of the spray, the spray direction, etc.
5. After the spray is completed, clean the spray gun and transport system, and perform equipment maintenance.
