Introduction 
Slurry pumps are cantilevered,horizontal and centrifugal slurry pumps. Mud pumps, impurity pumps, dredge pumps and desilting pumps all belong to category of slurry pumps.Slurry pumps are heavy duty slurry pumps used to transport the strong abrasive high density or low density high head slurry. Under the allowable pressure, they can be installed in multistage series.Slurry pumps are middle duty slurry pumps used to transport the fine particle size and middle density slurry.

The ZJ series slurry pump is of horizontal ,single-stage, single-suction, cantilever, double casing ,wear resistant centrifugal slurry pump with large capacity, high head.
They are designed for handling abrasive, high density slurries in mining, metallurgical, coal, power plant, chemical industry,building material and other industrial departments, etc.

Construction and Feature

The ZJ series of pump is double-casing pump, it has the advantages of reasonable construction, high efficiency, reliable operation and easy maintenance. The main technical features of this pump are as follows:
1. Discharge port can be positioned at 8 different position at an interval of 45°.
Number of vanes of impeller(A denotes 5 vanes, B 4 vanes, C 3 vanes, D 2 vanes, E 1 vanes, F 6 vanes, G 7 vanes, etc)
2. Support: centrally spit in horizontal direction.
3. Super hydraulic performance, high efficiency and lower abrasion rate.
4. Expeller seal combined with packing seal and mechanical seal have be adopted to guarantee the slurry from leakage.
5. The materials of wet parts have the good performance of anti-wearing and anti-corrosion.
6. The pump can be operated in seawater ash-removing to prevent it from the corrosion of seawater, salt and mist.
