ZJQ submersible slurry pump
ZJQ submersible slurry pump is a single-stage single-suction, vertical centrifugal pump, which is the latest submersible slurry pump product designed and manufactured by our factory. This type of submersible slurry pump has a compact structure, excellent performance, stable operation, easy installation and flexible movement. It is suitable for conveying slurries containing abrasive particles such as sand, coal slag, tailings, etc., and is mainly used in metallurgy, mining, electric power, chemical industry, environmental protection, river dredging, sand pumping, municipal engineering and other industries. It can operate safely for a long time under harsh working conditions and is an ideal product to replace traditional vertical submersible pumps and submersible sewage pumps.

2.Main uses

This product is suitable for conveying slurries containing abrasive particles such as sand, coal slag, and tailings. It is mainly used in metallurgy, mining, electricity, chemical industry, environmental protection, river dredging, sand pumping, municipal engineering and other industries. This product is easy to install and move, has high slag extraction efficiency, and can operate safely for a long time under harsh working conditions. It is an ideal product to replace traditional vertical submersible pumps and submersible sewage pumps.

3.Conditions of use

3.1. Power supply 380V, three-phase, 50HZ (voltage and frequency can be customized according to requirements).

3.2. Medium temperature generally does not exceed 60ºC, PH value 4-10, medium density <=1300kg/m³.

3.3. Suitable for media with highly abrasive solid particles and slightly corrosive sewage slurry.

3.4. The diameter of the solids in the medium is not greater than 80% of the minimum flow channel size of the pump.
