1. Installation of stainless steel reactor: The installation of reactor equipment should comply with relevant standards for explosion-proof requirements. After opening the package, check whether the equipment is damaged, install the equipment according to the structure diagram according to the equipment type, and check the equipment according to the packing list. When the stainless steel reactor equipment is equipped with multiple reactors, they should be placed separately, and every two application blast furnace walls should be spaced apart, and each operation room should have an outlet channel leading to the outside to ensure good ventilation conditions during the use of the equipment .

2. Installation and sealing of the kettle body and lid of the stainless steel reaction kettle: the kettle body and the kettle cover use a gasket or cone surface to contact the arc structure surface in line, and tighten the main nut to make them mutually compact. Achieve good sealing treatment effect of the enterprise. When tightening the nut, it must be diagonally symmetrical, applying force gradually and repeatedly tightening evenly, allowing the lid of the kettle to tilt to one side to achieve a good seal.

3. Inspection of stainless steel reactor. After the equipment is installed, before the equipment is officially put into operation, let in a certain amount of nitrogen to maintain the pressure for 30 minutes to check whether the equipment is leaking during operation. If any problems are found, they must be dealt with in time. Enter the nitrogen pressure test again to ensure that the system is leak-free and start the normal use of the reactor equipment.

4. Cleaning the stainless steel reactor: After each use of the reactor, the remaining residue on the body and the sealing surface of the reactor should be cleaned with a cleaning solution, and the equipment should be cleaned to avoid affecting the next use.
