Idling vertical acid and alkali chemical pump
Applicable to:
Electroplating, acidic liquid, chemical liquid, smoke purification and cleaning liquid, water and waste gas treatment adopts FRPP and PVDF material injection molding, which is acid and alkali resistant and has strong corrosion resistance. Applicable temperature: FRPP-75°C or below, PVDF-90°C or below.
The pump is designed without shaft seal and can run idly indefinitely. It can be installed inside or outside the tank.
The compound design impeller rotates continuously at the highest head, and can also prevent the liquid from growing up along the column tube, and exerts high fluid effect with low energy consumption.
Another feature of this type of pump is that it can choose to use an extended suction tube to absorb the liquid. After the liquid is higher than the height of the impeller, it can self-prime. Once the self-priming ends, the liquid level can drop to the bottom of the extension tube, and the lowest can be 3 meters below the liquid surface.
