Product Description
Plug centrifugal fans are generally connected directly to the motor. Therefore, they not only avoid belt transmission energy consumption, but also save the operating cost of belt loss. It is designed from the perspective of economy, efficiency and saving working space, and does not have a common centrifugal fan volute. It is mainly used in air handling units in closed space areas or building structures to provide pressurized air for the entire environment inside, so that the air duct can be connected to the air handling unit from any direction. This design saves space because there is no fan volute, transition section and diffusion in the air handling unit.

 

Product Features
The machine body has no volute, single suction, and direct motor drive;
The impeller blades are backward-inclined wing-shaped, with high efficiency, high pressure head and low noise; before the fan leaves the factory, it is tested at the operating speed, and the impeller balance accuracy level is G6.3.

Product Use
Another major application of plug centrifugal fans is to form fan groups, using multiple centrifugal fans to replace a large-diameter centrifugal fan or axial flow fan. Because the speed of large-diameter centrifugal fans or axial flow fans cannot be very high, the noise generated is often low-frequency noise. It is very difficult to eliminate low-frequency noise. Theaters, high-end hotels, and high-end office buildings have to spend a lot of money to eliminate these difficult-to-eliminate low-frequency noises. The emergence of volute-free centrifugal fan groups has solved the problem of low-frequency noise.
