YZ type submersible slurry pump
1) YZ type submersible slurry pump is a vertical single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump structure. The impeller is a semi-open impeller, and a stirring blade is provided at the extension of the impeller suction side.
The two series of pumps are mainly used for pumping concentrated liquid, thick oil, oil residue, dirty liquid, mud, quicksand and flowing sludge in urban sewage ditches in environmental protection, municipal engineering, thermal power plants, gas coking plants, refineries, steel mills, mining, papermaking, cement plants, food plants, printing and dyeing industries, as well as liquids containing coal blocks and ash. It can also be used as a pump for fluids containing mud, sand and slag and corrosive liquids in chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries.

The YZ pump is a single-stage, single-suction cantilever structure. The hydraulic components of the pump are connected with a bearing seat, a support seat, and a connecting pipe. The liquid is discharged from the liquid outlet pipe. The impeller of the pump is a semi-open impeller. A stirring blade is provided at the extension of the impeller blade inlet. The main feature of this pump is that the pump shaft in the liquid part has sufficient rigidity. There is no bearing between the impeller and the shaft shell, and no shaft seal is used. It can transport media containing a large concentration of solid particles. The length of the pump inserted into the liquid is between 800-2500, and it can be equipped with a suction pipe if necessary. The shaft seal adopts a larger pump inserted into the liquid for operation, without a shaft seal. The transmission is a vertical motor installed on the motor support and support seat, and connected to the pump with a coupling.
