Product parameters
The reciprocating mud pump is a horizontal three-cylinder reciprocating double-acting piston pump with four speeds. The pump can be used as a cement slurry injection pump in foundation treatment projects, and the water-cement ratio of the cement slurry can reach 1:1. The flushing fluid used in this pump should not contain chemical impurities that corrode the metal and rubber parts of the pump. When using mud, the recommended specific gravity is 1.03-1.10, the viscosity is 18-25 seconds, the sand content is not more than 4%, and the pH value is 7-8. There must be no inclusions such as mud balls, weeds, leaves, etc. in the mud that block the water filter. The length of the suction pipe should not exceed 5 meters. The pump adopts advanced structures and new materials of domestic and foreign pumps, with reliable performance, long life of vulnerable parts, small size, light weight, good decomposability, and easy relocation.
Structural features and working principle of mud pump
This pump consists of nine parts: pump head, pump body, clutch, frame and power, protective cover, air chamber and pressure gauge, safety valve, tee, water filter, etc.
1. Pump head
The pump head is the main component of the hydraulic end of the pump. It is composed of three single-acting hydraulic cylinders in parallel, with a common suction chamber and discharge chamber. The components installed on both sides of the suction chamber and the discharge chamber can be replaced and installed as needed. The pump head can inhale and discharge the flushing liquid by opening and closing the interval of the suction valve and the discharge valve.
2. Pump body
The pump body is the main component of the power end of the pump. It is equipped with a gear speed change mechanism, a crankshaft connecting rod mechanism, a piston, a crosshead, etc. It is an important component for realizing the speed change and gear change of the mud pump and the conversion of power from rotational motion to linear motion.
3. Clutch
The clutch is used to engage or disengage the power of the mud pump. When the power does not stop and the mud pump needs to change speed or no-load operation, the clutch can be used to separate. When the mud pump is overloaded, the friction plate is used to slip to protect the pump from overload. The clutch engagement or disengagement is controlled by the clutch handle. The clutch is disengaged when the handle is upward, and engaged when the handle is downward.
4. Protective cover
The protective cover mainly plays a safety protection role to prevent foreign matter from being transferred into the rotating V-belt. It is fixed on the power frame and the pump body respectively.
5. Frame and power
The frame is the common base of the pump body and the power, which plays a connecting role.
6. Air chamber and pressure gauge
The air chamber uses the compressibility of air to adjust the unevenness of the mud pump flow, so as to achieve uniform discharge pressure of the pump. The upper end of the air chamber is equipped with a seismic pressure gauge, the suction joint at the lower end of the air chamber is connected to the discharge chamber flange of the pump head, and the discharge joint is connected to the tee.
