SV(R) submersible slurry pump
SV(R) submersible slurry pump is a vertical, axial suction, single-stage, single-suction, single-shell, centrifugal structure. The flow-through parts can be made of wear-resistant metal or rubber, and the submerged length can be selected according to user needs. It has a simple structure and is easy to install and maintain.
It is suitable for conveying submerged, abrasive, coarse particles, and high-concentration slurries in metallurgy, mining, coal, power and other industries. No shaft seal and shaft seal water are required, and it can work normally under insufficient suction conditions. Such as slurry conveying submerged in metallurgy, mining, power, steel mills, and chemical industries.
Pump performance parameters:
Pump outlet diameter: 20~650(mm); flow range 2.34~9108 m3/h; head range 6~59m.
Features
SV and SV(R) submersible pumps are vertical centrifugal slurry pumps, immersed in liquid, used to transport corrosive, coarse particles, and high-concentration slurries. They do not require any shaft seals or shaft seal water, and can work normally even under conditions of insufficient suction.
The flow-through parts of SV pumps are made of wear-resistant metal.
The parts of SV(R) pumps immersed in liquid are all lined with rubber, which is suitable for conveying abrasive slurries without edges and corners.
The submersible pumps with the letter "L" in the model are extended shaft series, which can be used in conditions with deeper liquid levels. This type of pump adds a guide bearing structure on the basis of the standard, which makes the operation smoother and more widely applicable. However, flushing water is required at the guide bearing part.
